Please find Incentive Policy of MPO/SMPO, HB-MPO, TM, RSM for 2021 as attached file. Please go through the policy & discuss with your colleagues accordingly.

 

 

Every colleague should keep a copy of the policy in the following manner:

 

·      SR & FA will keep their own policy.

·      MPO/SMPOs/HB-MPOs will keep their own policy.

·      TMs will keep own policy & MPO/SMPO's policies. TMs with HB colleagues should have their policies as well.

·      RSMs will keep own policy, TM's policy, (S)MPO's policy and SR & FA's policy with them. RSMs with HB colleagues should have their policies too.

 

 

Attn: RSMs are requested to make sure that every TM must discuss the policy with their respective MPO/SMPOs, & HB MPOs.

 

Please ensure that all of our colleagues receive the Incentive Policy and keep it confidential.
