Dear all,

Here I attached the reporting sheets of April-23.  

 Daily you have to send a DSR report and TC-PC sheet at day's end to me.

Print the Daily Secondary Tracking sheet and Put it in the file in every DB point . Everyday Sales officers will fill up the sheet . SE or ASE or DB will sign the sheet everyday. This is mandatory. Effective from tomorrow. If anybody does not do it or put fake information, SE/ASE will be liable for that issue.
