Your resignation has been approved. As per submission of resignation, your resignation will be effect from December 13, 2021 and last working date will be December 12, 2021. For further process please ensure the completion of following activities within your last working day:

• Check your attendance, visit and leave and ensure the approval. Otherwise, any absent will be considered as leave. If leave balance is unavailable, salary will be deducted from your final payment.
• Ensure the adjustment of your IOU or any other liabilities (if any). Otherwise it will be deducted from your final payment.
• Submit your official laptop and other official belongings to concerned Programme/ Department/ Enterprise.
• Handover your SIM and mobile (if applicable) and any dues related to SIM to Telephone department/ Enterprise/ Account Office/ your supervisor (where applicable).
• Submit the Boarder Pass to Transport department (if applicable).
• Submit your ID card and Health Insurance card (if applicable) to Human Resource and Learning Division (HRLD).

If your notice period is less than one month (for confirmed staff) or less than 7 days (for non-confirmed staff), or notice period is less than mentioned in the contract letter (for contractual staff), then your salary will be deducted proportionately from your final payment. Your final payment, release order and experience certificate will be provided within 30 working days after your last working day. N.B: Please take a print out of this mail right away as this official mail address will not be available after your last working day.
